As the old topic on this has been closed and I cannot find a solution, I need to start a new one.
My Windows application logs out consistently but intermittently. I have tried everything, including reinstalling the application several times, but nothing changes the behaviour. It seems to me that this has been a known bug for quite some time as many users report this effect, but I cannot find a proper solution.
Could the development team please tell me what I need to do to stay logged in?
