Based on the tutorials I’ve watched so far, the Time Off policies seem to all be based on accrued time or allowing negative hours. Are the time off policies able to accommodate unlimited PTO?

Yes, there is a way to set up PTO without limits.
Here’s how to achieve that:

  1. Go to the Time-off page
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner
  3. Select Manage Policies
  4. You can create a new one or edit an existing one
  5. Enable the “Allow negative balance” option

After these steps, you can request time off even with no available balance, and the requests can be unlimited!
