Clockify is becoming a well rounded HR and Project management tool but some features are still a little lacking.
I would ditch my current time off SaaS provider if clockify:
- Automatically populated country public holidays (I’m in UK) which can change each year
- Integrated approved time off with scheduling and timesheets
- Had concept of “company holiday year” which could start on any date.
- Allowed concept of carry over allowance (e.g. team can carry over up to 5 days into next year’s allowance) and carry over expiry
I’m also looking forward to users being able to view/edit their own schedule.
