How can I do it to launch my hours on a recurring basis and make changes if necessary at the end of the day

While it’s not possible to automatically launch your hours on recurring basis, you have a couple of options to achieve similar results. You can use the option to Duplicate time entries by clicking on three dots at the end of the entry and then Duplicate. Then just change the date and/or other details you want.
You can also Copy last week or you can create a template and just fill out how much you worked on each Project you had saved as template.
