New Billable Rate Not Taking Effect

I updated my billable rate last week, but new entries are not picking it up. Clicking the “$” sign, waiting 5 seconds, then clicking again doesn’t update it to the new rate either. There is no Project Based rate either.

We are using the Free Plan. Is there a way to refresh the cache, so that at least new entries receive the new rate?

Do you perhaps have a Project Members rate set up on the Access page of that project?
