I am happy to pay for licenses and I am a licensed user but it would be quite nice to be able to add team members who don’t need to log time or have any features other than “free” features - i.e. the ability to create reports for billing. In my case, I have a billing person who ONLY needs to log in to see reports or needs the ability to create reports and shareable links. I don’t really want to buy a license for her just to do these basic tasks.
I agree with this. We have a billing person who only accesses for reporting. And another operations person who only accesses to setup or modify how projects are configured.
