Is there a way to manipulate the data (time entries) in Google Sheets without the complication of export and re-import, which is not user-friendly at all since the formats are not designed for this kind of operation? I need to perform some bulk operations benefiting from the features of Google Sheets.

If you wish to edit data in a third-party application, exporting and importing back edited data would be necessary steps I’m afraid.
However, please note that Bulk editing is available on any paid plan in Clockify so you can perhaps consider that as an option or using Excel/Libre Office for editing the data.
