As a former student (or supervisor) in a licensure-track program (Graduate Student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program), I track my supervision and practice hours in Clockify for accuracy. Our university (University of Missouri-St. Louis) requires us to submit these hours in Experiential Learning (formerly Tevera/CORE ELMS), which means entering the same information twice. After graduation, we generally use the same platform to track hours for another two years until we are licensed.
An integration between Clockify and Experiential Learning would save time, reduce errors, and improve compliance. This would benefit students and supervisors.
This feature could be extremely useful for universities and act as a compelling selling point for both platforms. I have personally used it for more than a year to monitor hours and have thought about integrating it, especially since I oversee hundreds of students in my program who must track hours annually. This integration would save a significant amount of time, allowing us to dedicate more time to clients rather than confirming hours. I would appreciate it if you could look into this.
