I purchased a new seat but I can't add the member, why?


I have purchased a new seat but I can’t add my team member. It’s already billed me, it’s so painful, I contacted to the support, I emailed them but no response.

How can I solve this issue asap?

Did you ever get the issue resolved regarding being able to add employees to the site? If you did get the issue resolved how long did it take to correct the issue?
