We use Spark Mail (Readdle) to receive client requests and approvals. Many of these emails require billable/admin work, but today we have to manually switch from the email to Clockify and create a time entry.
We need an integration that lets us:
Create a Clockify time entry directly from an email in Spark (subject = description).
Map Spark folders/labels to Clockify projects or clients.
Attach the email link or message ID to the time entry for traceability.
(Optional) Start/stop a timer from the email reply pane.
Goal: every email that generates work becomes a tracked time entry, so we don’t lose minutes in admin tasks and we can invoice accurately.
