My contract firm considers Monday through Sunday as the work week.
Is there a method to update the now default work week from Saturday to Sunday to be Monday through Sunday?

Kindly note that the week start day you will be able to set in your account settings (Take a look at the screenshots).
Also you would be able to set the working days in the workspace settings (See the screenshots)
