Custom domains for integrations always reset

I’m using the Clockify browser extension in Chrome to track time on issues in our self hosted Gitlab. Before I added the url of our selfhosted gitlab under Integrations->Custom domains.

Since a few days what you put under custom domains always resets after closing the browser. This results in the Clockify browser not recognizing our self managed Gitlab. Everytime I need to add it again.
