Clockify Timer Causing Error Logs in JIRA

Hello, my company recently starting using Clockify and have been having a lot of JIRA crashes. We were able to look into them and found these in the error logs:

Here are some of the error entries in the logs around the time of the outage.
• 495-0500 https-openssl-nio-8443-exec-54 ERROR anonymous 606x897473x1 - 134.243.95.250 /browse/PLAN-9500 [c.a.j.web.component.ModuleWebComponentImpl] An exception occured while rendering the web panel: clockify-timesheets-time-tracking-reports:timer-sidebar (The Timer Sidebar Plugin)
• 109-0500 https-openssl-nio-8443-exec-62 ERROR ynl29 608x897885x9 1gfkjqv 134.243.95.250 /rest/greenhopper/1.0/xboard/work/allData.json [c.a.p.r.c.error.jersey.ThrowableExceptionMapper] Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
• 124-0500 index-writer-stats-WORKLOG-3-0 ERROR [c.a.jira.index.WriterWithStats] [index-writer-stats] WORKLOG : Error when getting periodic indexing stats: GC overhead limit exceeded

It would appear that there is something wrong with the timer and that it is creating an out of memory error. Is there a way to disable the timer so it’s only manual time? Is this a common error with some other fix?
