ClickUp Integration Inactive

Ever since Clickup released their 4.0 version, the Start Timer button has not shown up in both 3.0 and 4.0 versions.

I deactivated and re-activated the extension, but this also didn’t help.

Hi @Felipe_Simoes Thank you for reaching out to us! My team has recently released the fix for the ClickUp integration.

If your browser did not automatically update Clockify extension to v2.11.38, please perform these steps:

  1. Reinstall your Clockify extension

  2. Pin it to your browser

  3. Log in to your Clockify account via a pinned extension

  4. If the issue persists, open your extension and click on the “Refresh” button next to the integrations

If nothing changes, please do this:

  1. Click on your pinned Clockify extension

  2. Click on the “Integrations” button

  3. Click on the “Disable all” button

  4. Then click on the “Enable all” button

  5. Go back to ClickUp and refresh the page
