Hi, I’m new here and I don’t see my question answered.
How do I download the Windows app? Every link I click to download it, either nothing happens or it opens my clockify page on Chrome. What am I missing? Do I need a paid subscription to download it? It says Free Download! Thanks so much in advance for your help.

To download the Windows app, you do not have to be subscribed to any of the plans. You will only need to download the app from this page here, install the app, and log in.
The login flow on the Windows app, once the “Log In” button is pressed, will redirect you to your default browser to verify the login, and then will go back to the APP where you can track time through the Windows app.
Do you perhaps have a link where you tried to download the app previously, so I can check it out and verify whether it is the right link?

Thanks so much for replying. I clicked on the link you sent and the screen just “blinks” and nothing happens. No download. Just like before.
Do you perhaps have a possibility to use a hotspot or any other internet connection to try it out, or can you try downloading in Incognito mode of your browser? This way we can exclude the possibility that it is being caused by the browser’s cookies or Internet connection.
Are you also unable to log in to our app on the web browser here: Clockify?

I tried incognito mode and accepted all cookies and the same “blink” happened. I am able to log into Clockify on Chrome but I really had wanted to download the app to the computer so it would be easier to use.
Hurray! I was able to download the Windows app after clicking repeatedly on the download button. Thanks for all your help.
