The title says it all. I’m using the downloadable version of the desktop Clockify app for MAC, not the App Store version. Currently I’m on Ventura 13.0.1 and Clockify 2.8.2 . The reminders never worked since I installed the app, even on previous versios of macOS and even after reinstalling the app. I wanna know if there is any way to troubleshoot this.

Could you kindly advise if you enabled the Clockify app from the notification settings on your device?

It was the notifications settings indeed. I tought I had checked it, but it was disabled. Thank you very much.
