We want to be able to see who hasn’t logged time when visualizing weekly reports of logged time by teams. This feature currently exists when not filtering but it becomes overwhelming to parse through the information, and it’s unordered / appended to the bottom.

I can see your viewpoint and I understand where it’s coming from.
There have been some user requests about the filters and showing users without time.
I do believe such a thing will be available in the future, but I can’t give you an exact ETA on it.
However, you will be able to see it in the newsletter or on the roadmap once it’s in production stage.

You can find the option to subscribe to the newsletter directly in the app, under the Profile settings (click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen of the browser app) , then just scroll down a bit until you see Email preferences, then just check the box for the Newsletter.
