Our new integration with QuickBooks Online, now fully compatible with QuickBooks Payroll, is live!
Previously, if you had Payroll enabled in QuickBooks, the integration couldn’t sync your hours. With our new add-on, that issue is completely resolved.

How It Works
- Connect: Link your Clockify workspace in just a few clicks:
- Go to Workspace Settings > Add-ons tab.
- Find QuickBooks Payroll, click the three dots icon (⋮), and select Settings.
- Click Connect to QuickBooks.
- Map: Match your Clockify users, customers, and time attributes directly to your QuickBooks Online records.
- Sync: Review and approve timesheets in Clockify, then sync billable hours to QuickBooks Online for seamless billing and payroll.
- Where to find entries: Navigate to QuickBooks Reports > Time Activities by Employee Detailed Report. (Note: If payroll is disabled, entries map under the Time tab > Time entries).

- A Clockify workspace with Admin permissions on Standard plan or higher.
- An active QuickBooks Online account (Essentials, Plus, Advanced, or accounts with QuickBooks Payroll enabled).

FAQ
Q: I am already paying for a Clockify plan. If I enable a new workspace add-on, do I have to pay extra, or is it included?
A: Workspace add-ons are charged separately. Add-on cost $6.99 per month for the entire workspace as a flat rate, regardless of your total user count.
