I think the reporting side becomes especially useful once a team starts tracking time across multiple projects. For me, the biggest challenge is usually keeping projects and tasks organized from the start, because messy time entries make the reports much harder to use later. I’d also be interested in hearing how others structure their timesheets for larger teams.
